1Introduction & Eligibility

2Account Registration

2.2 KYC Verification

Vip taka vip may request identity verification (KYC) from a member under certain circumstances, primarily for large withdrawal amounts. If verification is not completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

3Age Restrictions

If we discover that a minor has accessed the platform, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void. We strongly caution parents and guardians whose devices may have been used by minors to gain access.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Vip taka vip uses Bangladesh's fastest payment systems. Our payment policy is fully transparent.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (Two Hundred BDT).
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000 (fifty thousand BDT).
• Deposits must be made only from the member's own payment method.
• Successful deposits are credited to your wallet instantly.
• In the event of a failed deposit, refunds will be processed in accordance with the policies of the respective bank or MFS provider.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300 (three hundred BDT).
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳1,00,000 (one lakh BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be made through a registered and verified payment method.
• Average withdrawal time: 3 minutes (up to 30 minutes during peak hours).
• Withdrawals may be held up if bonus wagering requirements have not been completed.
• Large withdrawals without KYC verification may be subject to delays.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Vip taka vip regularly offers exciting bonuses and promotions for its members. The following terms apply to all bonus-related activities.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit.
• Maximum bonus amount: ৳15,000 (fifteen thousand BDT).
• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify for the welcome bonus.
• Wagering requirement to withdraw bonus funds: (Deposit + Bonus) × 15.

5.2 General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from the bonus wallet.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Violating restrictions may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of any associated winnings.
• Vip taka vip reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6Gaming Rules

All games on vip taka vip use internationally certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Every game outcome is completely fair and random.

• If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, that round will be considered void and the bet will be refunded.
• If a game is interrupted due to a disconnection, the outcome will be determined based on vip taka vip's system logs.
• Accounts may be reviewed if unusual betting patterns are detected within the same game.
• In Live games, the dealer's decision is final. Any misconduct towards the dealer will result in removal from the session.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, all bets on that match will be refunded.

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vip taka vip. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

10Account Closure

10.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member can close their account at any time by contacting support. Any available balance (excluding bonuses) may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

10.2 Closure Initiated by vip taka vip

Vip taka vip reserves the right to close any account for the following reasons:

• Serious violation of Terms & Conditions
• Evidence of Fraud or Deception
• Providing false information
• If proven to be underage
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

11Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We will respond to your complaint within a maximum of 48 hours.

• Any dispute regarding game outcomes will be reviewed against system logs.
• In the event of a payment dispute, records from the relevant MFS provider will also be taken into consideration.
• Our decisions shall be considered final; however, any decision deemed unreasonable may be subject to review.
